which is why some siblings are more "deranged" than others.. some take on the bulk of the trauma and they act out and are extremely intolerant.. aggressively intolerant.. which is why "forgiving" family who has harmed you in the past might not be a good idea because most people do not change in the way that will protect you from future harm.
"Deranged" is all relative to perception. If there is significant traumatic family history, each person alone, must go through their process to release and regenerate and apologies are not expected, nor should they be.
Everyone was correct (relative to intention/need/ignorance) at the time of the trauma for the situation that was presented..
You do not need to hold a "grudge" but understand the biological reality of the world we live in and give everyone their space.. and let the law be the one to determine what is right/wrong.
