MEN O Pause or MEN Stru Ation to Die or Choose to Live

Just a reminder

Semen is a liquefied man

Mother's milk is a liquefied woman

Women's lubrication is a liquefied woman

Cow's milk is a liquefied cow

Mucus from a human is liquefied human

Sexual reproduction and sexual recreation Is the cannibalization of humans and the destruction of humans

But the system had to do it to get the best type of human possible and to do their experiments in your perspective Petri dishes called cultures and pods

The system is done breeding disease now you have to be the best prototype possible and there's no guarantee your kids will survive you or the system. I hope you survive


The change or triggering the hayflick limit doesn't have to turn into osteoporosis if you understand why the body does what it does. Even men experience this in their shoulders and back and they must understand why the body does what it does.

I've experienced a change or menopause and men who have arm pain back pain are also triggering a type of immunological change and so how do I survive the change well, I drink milk eat meat cheese eggs fruits and vegetables so that way I don't let my body deteriorate as aggressively as people do and that's why they get osteoporosis and lack of bone density. The change can be brutal and it might last for a long time but I don't try to resist it.

That's why eating food is so important for post menopausal women. That's why eating a lot of food and releasing the demons down there is paramount so you can survive the change.

And that's why both of my shoulders hurt during this change because the body is going through the change and I have to keep replacing the elements and the minerals lost during this change which is called entropy and I'm building back better. And so I might feel pain early in the morning as the body's going through that energy conversion and I release Demons of knowledge and poop and then I am pain free. And that will be a daily occurrence until who knows when

During menopause, calcium is released from bones into the bloodstream primarily because of a significant drop in estrogen levels, which normally helps the body retain calcium in bones; this decline in estrogen triggers the parathyroid glands to produce more parathyroid hormone (PTH), which signals the bones to release calcium to maintain blood calcium levels.

Estrogen's role:

Estrogen plays a crucial role in bone health by promoting calcium absorption and preventing excessive bone breakdown.

Parathyroid hormone (PTH):

When estrogen levels drop, the body compensates by releasing more PTH, which stimulates the breakdown of bone tissue to release calcium into the bloodstream.

Bone resorption:

This process of bone breakdown to release calcium is called bone resorption.

Impact on bone density:

As a result of increased bone resorption, postmenopausal women are at a higher risk of developing osteoporosis, a condition characterized by decreased bone density.

And when my arms are sore because I'm going through the change the muscles help push the poop out of my system and I help release the demons from my upper immune system and my lower immune system

Foods that can help make your bones denser include:

Dairy products

Milk, cheese, and yogurt are rich in calcium, which is essential for building strong bones. Many dairy products are also fortified with vitamin D.

Leafy green vegetables

Broccoli, kale, spinach, and collard greens contain calcium and magnesium.

Fatty fish

Oily fish like salmon, trout, whitefish, and tuna contain vitamin D, which helps your body absorb calcium.

Whole grains

Pasta and other whole grains contain magnesium and phosphorous, which support bone health.

Dark chocolate

Contains magnesium, which helps regulate calcium absorption.

Nuts and seeds

Contain magnesium.

Prunes

A study found that eating five or six prunes a day helped postmenopausal women preserve bone mineral density in their hips.

You can also try to include protein in your diet, as a 2014 study found that people who ate more protein had higher bone density. Good sources of protein include meats, eggs, seafood, nuts, and seeds.

In addition to eating these foods, you can try to incorporate weight-bearing exercises like walking, jogging, and climbing stairs into your daily routine.

Aging women who diet will be destroyed by menopause

Aging men who don't understand that they go through a type of menopause will destroy themselves through resistance and diets and remedies and lack of rest and release in the proper manners to retain their life force and release the demons

is first fertility/virility and then it is the change to die or the change to live and that's the fork in the road

And that's why men become impotent at a certain time because that's their own personal menopause and they have been conditioned to think virility is optimal when virility could actually kill them.

 At some point men have to face the change and live or they resist it and die and take the blue pill until they destroy themselves

And that's also why men destroy themselves because they've been told ferility/virility is optimal when it is actually is pretty deadly.

That's why men are deteriorating because they are being destroyed by aggressive sexuality and taking drugs to be sexually active when they really should be recouping resources they lost last 100 years if they are 100 years old.

And how can you tell that to men who have been conditioned to be studs and then destroyed when not useful and how can you tell women that they were bred to be broad mares and then destroyed when not useful.

That was the slavery system with the Anunnaki developing people to mine gold and to enslave women to have babies to develop more slaves for the system.


Women who can make it to 50 without being taken down so much immunologically and psychologically and you can handle surpassing the hayflick limit you will experience a lot of freedom that women younger than you will have to earn and suffer through

There are women who are older than 50 who are still suffering trying to resist the change. But that's their choice. Women who are younger than 50 you're in that little window of opportunity to see the future before you jump into hell.

I'm 50 and the pain in my shoulders and not getting the same kind of sleep I did which is no big deal I still function is not bad at all because it's all relative and I have conditioned myself for the change. It took me at least 5 years of pain and suffering and pulling away from the group activities to get to this point and I will say it was worth it but I will never want to experience that again. That's a once in a lifetime experience surpassing the hayflick limit and surviving it and then being able to look back on fertility and how deadly it is and how politicized it is

women become victims of fertility and so do men when they experience cancer and disease and aggressive pain and suffering that they have to keep treating until they die.

You have to understand this is the most dangerous time for women between 18 and 40 because they might have 10 years to figure some s*** out and redirect.

And here is position that you're probably not aware of

you can be infertile

 post menopausal

Not hooked on prescription drugs alcohol or remedies or cannabis

Married to a very capable man and everything functions and even if your man can't perform you don't care because you're with the man for him not for his penis. My husband is still very capable I'm not implying anything but I can go without it and I would still be fine. I love him for him. Not for his sexual prowess or his ability to make money. I love my husband because he's a good man

My position is a vast amount of Freedom that most will not be able to understand because I don't think we've ever heard of a woman who is postmenopausal not hooked on some kind of hormone replacement therapy or some man hater married to a right-wing Republican because she might be a little bit liberal.

You can be postmenopausal and still have the youth and vitality of a person who is 40 who doesn't have to carry on the human race because she is the best copy. You can be 1,000% clean and sober and be over 50 without having to see a doctor or a nurse or use remedies but when around mixed company will have to suffer the evolution of inhaling microbes and releasing demons.

You can be post menopausal and still be able to eat all the food supply without worrying about what you look like or mischaracterizing symptoms. You can be postmenopausal and extremely clear-headed without relying on speed em up drugs or downers

You can be postmenopausal and not worried about products on the market that you think are toxic and poison

 you can be postmenopausal and only worry about avoiding people not products
