when society had to work together they had to be treated eating "untreated" foods/organic/etc and they also had to be under the influence

Now you live in a world where McDonald's is the healthiest food for you and the organic food is nothing more than exactly what it is so much diverse life with rotting proteins and decaying microbes and aggressive bacterial pathogens
However if you have issues with release and retention no food will be good for you because you have no control over your own immune system so it won't matter what you do.
But in my world McDonald's is the healthiest along with a nice salad and a great milkshake.

You have propaganda that will say people aren't hungry because of the remedies. Just because you made it mean something doesn't mean it's true however whenever you develop antibiotics mixing with you as a probiotic you will get an offspring and you'll be hungry. There's so much propaganda out there and something like this that I modified but you still see the original writing well the original writing could fool people into thinking they're getting rid of parasites when they're actually taking them on and hurting themselves or starving themselves essentially starving the parasites but then they don't allow themselves to eat because they think it's the parasite is talking and it's really them talking and they don't know the difference.
People don't know the difference where they're hunger comes from. So they starve themselves because they throw out the baby with the bathwater.
They should be eating all food and releasing demons not assuming they're feeding the parasites and so they starve themselves
Do not assume starvation is the answer
