Eating animal proteins = strong as the animal you are eating.

Eating Plant proteins = strong as the plant you are eating..

Big muscles from working out on plant proteins is like blowing up a balloon and then watching it deflate in climate change.

During these aggressive frequencies, pork chops, steak and chicken are my amino acid go-to's. I am in country-boy/country-girl country and the climate is extreme, but now, everyone is competing on a level frequency field.. If you are vegan/vegetarian, etc.. I hope you prove me wrong and survive these aggressive frequencies.
